Ցոյցք Առաքելական Քարոզութեան

Այսր առաքեցան Աստուծոյ մարգարէքն ի ձեռն Հոգւոյն սրբոյ. զժողուրդն խրատէին եւ դարձուցանէին յԱստուած հարցն յամենակալն, քարոզք եղեալք երեւելութեանն Տեառն մերոյ Յիսուսի Քրիստոսի՝ որդւոյն Աստուծոյ, զեկուցանելով զի ի զաւակէն Դաւթի ծաղկեսցէ մարմինն նորա, զի եղիցի ըստ մարմնոյ որդի Դաւթի, որ էրն որդին Աբրահամու, ի ձեռն յերկար փոխանորդութեանն, իսկ ըստ հոգւոյն որդի Աստուծոյ, նախ ելով առ հաւրն, յառաջ քան զամենայն շինութիւն աշխարհիս ծնեալ. եւ երեւեալ ամենայն աշխարհի ի վախճան յաւիտենիս մարդով, ի վերստին գլխաւորելով յինքն զամենայն ինչ Բանն Աստուծոյ՝ զյերկինս եւ զյերկիրս։

The prophets were sent here by God through the Holy Spirit; they admonished the people and turned them to the Almighty God of their fathers and became preachers of the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God, announcing that His flesh would blossom in the line of David so that He be according to the flesh the son of David, who by a long succession was the son of Abraham. But according to the Spirit he was the Son of God, descending first from the Father, born before the creation of all the world, and to appear to all at the end of the world with man, fulfilling anew in Himself all things—the Word of God, in heaven and on earth.
